The second Indiana Secretary of State debate took place Wednesday evening, Oct. 7.
The four candidates in this year’s Nov. 3 election are Independent Greg Ballard (who is running under the Lincoln Party banner), Democrat Beau Bayh, Republican Max Engling, and Libertarian Lauri Shillings.
University of Indianapolis political science professor Dr. Laura Merrifield Wilson served as the moderator.
