In its mission to lower barriers to accessing high-quality healthcare for Hoosiers from every walk of life, Aspire Indiana Health is expanding its medical Specialty Services and relocating the practice from Noblesville to its Carmel Health Center.
Aspire launched specialty services – which includes dermatology, rheumatology, and neurology – last year to fill a gap in care for lower-income households. Aspire accepts Medicaid and Medicare plus most traditional forms of insurance, and also offers sliding-scale fees for those lacking insurance.
The in-person demand for these services was such that Aspire outgrew its space in Noblesville, necessitating the move to a permanent home at its Carmel clinic at 697 Pro-Med Lane. Virtual appointments are also available for those unable to travel to the Carmel location.
Aspire is proud to add two highly experienced specialists as part of the expansion: Physician Assistant Holly Watson, rheumatology; and Dr. Andrew Bridge, dermatology. They join existing practitioners Dr. Gregory Bell, rheumatology; Dr. Kenneth Mankowski, neurology; and Nurse Practitioner Kaitlin Walden, rheumatology.
Specialty services appointments can be made by calling (317) 552-0475 or through a referral from a primary care provider. For more information, visit aspireindiana.org/specialty-services.

“We’re thrilled to expand these critical services and give the team more space at our Carmel Health Center,” Chief Medical Officer Dr. Holly Oh said. “The need for this specialized care is very high, and Aspire is dedicated to lowering healthcare barriers. We are very grateful to our partners at AndHealth for helping us introduce and enhance Specialty Services.”
Aspire’s approach to Specialty Services is a model of comprehensive treatment and ongoing support. The goal is to help patients reduce or eliminate symptoms, support a healthy lifestyle, and stop progression of symptoms through a personalized treatment plan that can include medication, nutrition, and environment/lifestyle care.
Aspire is a Federally Qualified Health Center and Indiana Community Mental Health Center with clinics in Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Madison, Marion, and Shelby counties.
