The Cicero Friends of the Park held a spaghetti dinner fundraiser for the town’s police, fire fighters, EMS personnel on Sunday, Sept. 20, at Red Bridge Park. Due to the generosity of the sponsors and the community, $6,000 was raised and will be split between the Cicero Police and Fire departments.
The Cicero Friends of the Park thanks the following sponsors: Speaker of the House Todd Huston, Hamilton County Commissioner Christine Altman, Hamilton County Commissioner Mark Heirbrandt, Gaylor Electric, Lisa and Brian Bear; Food Sponsors: DeLullo’s Trattoria, Boathouse Kitchen and Swan Dive, Cicero Market, and the Pizza House; as well as the many volunteers and the public for their support.
Special thanks to Lisa and Brian Bear who donated the bounce houses and many items for the dinner, and to Jama Fernung (DeLullo’s) who donates a large portion of the food and also prepares it.
