Carmel Fraternal Order of Police endorses Danny Lopez for State Representative

The Carmel Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) has endorsed Danny Lopez in his reelection campaign for Indiana State House District 39.

“The Carmel FOP 185 is proud to endorse Danny Lopez. He has been a tried and true partner with our lodge on a multitude of issues,” said Matthew Broadnax, Vice President of the Carmel FOP Lodge 185. “We know he is the right leader to help our community tackle our current challenges and those to come, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with him.”

The Carmel FOP, chartered in 1984, represents more than 160 sworn officers of the Carmel Police Department and the IU Health North Police Department. The organization is the voice of those who are committed to keeping our communities and our families safe.

“I am proud to have earned the support of the officers of the Carmel FOP for our reelection campaign, particularly as the safety of our schools and our neighborhoods are top of mind for so many residents,” Lopez said. “I have worked hard to bring policy solutions in the legislature on issues that impact Carmel’s public safety, and I look forward to continuing that work alongside the Carmel FOP.”
