At the Westfield City Council meeting on Monday, Sept. 14, two updates were made to the city’s traffic ordinance. These changes are effective immediately.
(ABOVE LEFT) The speed limit on Tomlinson Road from 191st Street to 203rd Street was adjusted from 40mph to 30mph. Violations can carry a minimum $175 fine.
(ABOVE RIGHT) The intersection of 191st Street and Horton Road is now a three-way stop. Be sure to use caution while driving and through construction zones. Editor’s note: While we aren’t certain of the directions noted by the sign, this photo was, in fact, taken at the 191st Street and Horton Road intersection looking west. Note that you cannot turn left at this intersection.
