Gorgeous weather and gorgeous cars were aplenty at this year’s Labor Day Car Show at Red Bridge Park, 697 W. Jackson St., Cicero. Whatever make or model, attendees had no shortage of options to appreciate. Notably, this year the previous record of 275 automobiles entered into the show was broken when 300 entries were processed before noon. Thank you everyone who helped make this annual event another success. While we know the volunteers don’t necessarily want recognition, they deserve appreciation nonetheless. Thank you for giving up your free time on a holiday so people could come to Red Bridge Park and enjoy theirs.
