OneZone Chamber launches NextGen to create tomorrow’s leaders

OneZone Chamber of Commerce has announced the launch of NextGen, a new initiative designed to build connections, develop leadership skills and create opportunities for the next generation of leaders across Hamilton County.

With the tagline “Creating Tomorrow’s Leaders,” NextGen will bring together emerging leaders who are looking to grow professionally, build meaningful relationships and become more engaged in the business community.

“NextGen is about investing in the people who will shape what our communities and workplaces look like in the years ahead,” OneZone President & CEO Jack Russell said. “We want to create a place where people can build genuine connections, learn from established leaders and have opportunities to step up and make an impact.”

Rather than focusing solely on networking, NextGen will provide a mix of professional development, relationship-building, and leadership experiences. Programming will include opportunities to connect with CEOs and community leaders, develop practical leadership skills, expand professional networks, and become more involved throughout Hamilton County.

NextGen will also serve as a resource for employers seeking to attract, engage and retain emerging talent. By connecting individuals with the broader business community, OneZone hopes to strengthen the pipeline of leaders who will drive the region’s continued growth.
