We are honored to share that on Friday, July 10, the Clay Township Military Library and Museum (CTMLM) received a generous $1,000 donation from Carmel Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10003.

This contribution was both unexpected and deeply appreciated. As a small, all-volunteer museum, gifts like this have a meaningful impact on our ability to preserve and share the stories of local veterans.

We extend our sincere thanks to Post Commander Darin Bibeau, U.S. Coast Guard, and Quartermaster Cal Chaffin, U.S. Army, who presented the donation on behalf of the Post. Their support reflects a strong commitment to honoring veterans and preserving their legacy within our community.

This gift will directly support our ongoing efforts to expand our Honor Roll, record veteran interviews, and develop exhibits that bring these stories to life for future generations.

We are grateful to VFW Post 10003 for their partnership and to all of you who continue to support our mission.

You can support CTMLM with one click

After completing a multi-step approval process with Meta/Facebook, our Donate button is now live on our Facebook page. You can support the preservation of veterans’ stories from Hamilton County – in seconds. For the most reliable experience, we recommend visiting our Facebook page from a desktop or laptop computer, as the Donate button doesn’t always display consistently on mobile phones.

To donate, simply:

  1. Visit our Facebook page.
  2. Click the blue Donate button below our cover photo
  3. Choose your amount – Facebook and PayPal Giving Fund handle the rest securely

Every donation – $5, $25, or $100 – goes directly toward preserving the service records, photographs, oral histories, and artifacts that tell the stories of the men and women who served from our community.

For a limited time, a generous supporter is matching every donation dollar-for-dollar – up to $1,000. That means your $25 gift becomes $50, and your $100 gift becomes $200, at no extra cost to you. This match ends July 25, so don’t wait.

Clay Township Military Library and Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.
