County seat lines the streets for July 4

While the Noblesville July 4th festival and concert at Forest Park were canceled due to Saturday evening storms, that afternoon parade went off without a hitch! We know parades are all specifically engineered to appeal to a terrestrial perspective, but let’s set that prejudice aside for two seconds and enjoy that great aerial shot of the parade route with the courthouse in the distance. One of our resident newspaper nerds is also rather fond of the radio-controlled cars with a microdrone providing overwatch support. Thank you, Noblesville, for both showing that fine American spirit of unity we could all use a little more of, and for celebrating our country’s history with a modern tech flair.
