Dear Editor:
Official Carmel public servant salaries posted with the state show Carmel in imbalance.
The mayor is paid $177,508.
Some 31 city employees make more than she, and 23 of them make more than $200,000 a year.
The capper makes $312,646 according to data the city lists with the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance.
