Best known as the founder and frontman of the acclaimed rock band Wilco, singer-songwriter Jeff Tweedy will make his first appearance at Carmel’s Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts in November.

Tweedy will bring his solo acoustic tour to the Tarkington theater at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, with opening act Case Oats. Tickets starting at $55 are on sale now at TheCenterPresents.org, by phone at (317) 843-3800, or in person at the Payne & Mencias Palladium’s Fifth Third Bank Box Office, 1 Carter Green, Carmel.

The concert is part of the Printing Partners Encore Series and the 2026-2027 Center Presents Season sponsored by Allied Solutions.

Tweedy, an Illinois native, first gained national attention with the alternative country band Uncle Tupelo before launching Wilco in 1994. The group has since released 13 albums combining a reverence for American roots music with a spirit of experimentation. Tweedy also has released five solo albums, most recently the 2025 triple album Twilight Override, and authored three New York Times bestsellers. He has won four Grammy Awards on 11 nominations and has produced and collaborated with many artists, including multiple projects with Norah Jones and gospel/soul legend Mavis Staples.

Case Oats is a Chicago-based alt-country and folk ensemble formed in 2018 by singer-songwriter Casey Walker. The group won critical praise for its 2025 debut album, Last Missouri Exit, produced by its drummer, Spencer Tweedy, Jeff’s son and frequent collaborator.
