The Hamilton Heights baseball team fell to Delta 11-2 in the semifinals of Sectional 24 at Jay County on Monday.
The Eagles led from the start, scoring two runs in the top of the first inning. PJ Wright got the Huskies on the board in the bottom of the first, hitting a solo home run.
Delta added two more runs in the top of the third Wright scored again in the bottom of the third on an error. He finished the game with two hits.
Josh Newton hit two doubles, while Owen Hughes hit one double. Dillon Pitts pitched four innings, striking out three.
The Huskies finished their season 7-19.
