After postponing the Touch-A-Truck event originally scheduled May 18 due to severe weather, Fishers Parks has been rescheduled for June 8.

Kids and families can explore the city’s fleet of big rigs, including tractors, snowplows, police cars, and fire trucks for free from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 8 at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater, 6 Municipal Drive.

Enjoy live activations from the Fishers Department of Public Works, Fishers AgriPark, Fishers Health Department, Fishers Fire Department, and the Fishers Police Department, including demonstrations with police K9s, fire rope rescuing, and street paving.

In addition to city fleet vehicles, see the wheels on other rigs, including trash and recycling trucks, tow trucks, buses, and so much more.

Hosted by Fishers Parks, be sure to stop by booths at the event for free kids’ activities, a meet and greet with Mayor Scott Fadness, and free popsicles.
