Local letter carrier Barb Crane recognized for 50 years of service

State Rep. Danny Lopez (R-Carmel) recently presented Barb Crane with a House District 39 Declaration recognizing her for 50 years of service. Crane is retiring after a remarkable career in public service. She’s carried the same mail route in Carmel for 40 years and is Lopez’s mail carrier. “For more than four decades, Barb has been a recognizable and friendly face for neighbors across Carmel and is a great personification of the character of this community,” Lopez said. “I’m so grateful to her for her lifetime of service, and I’m thrilled to recognize her as she heads to her well-deserved retirement!”
