Plainfield-based Williams Creek Management, a leader in ecological restoration and natural resource management, is proud to announce the strategic addition of Gus Mariscal as Installation Project Manager for the Central Indiana Region. Mariscal brings 13 years of industry experience and a deep-seated entrepreneurial spirit to the Williams Creek team.
In his role as Installation Project Manager, Mariscal will be instrumental in delivering professional installation services across both public and private sectors. His leadership will support the firm’s commitment to Clean Water Act requirements and high-performance quality-of-life initiatives. With a focus on the long-term integration of natural and built systems, Mariscal will oversee the successful implementation of mitigation, restoration, and landscape projects that enhance wildlife habitats and create opportunities for pedestrian connectivity.

Mariscal’s experience is rooted in over a decade of hands-on leadership. Prior to joining Williams Creek, he owned and operated a full-service landscaping company for more than 10 years, managing all aspects of residential and commercial improvements from initial estimation to on-site execution. His technical foundation includes studies in Design Technology at Ivy Tech and Construction Management at IUPUI.
