The OneZone Business Action Committee (ZoneBAC) announces its endorsement of Dr. Victoria Garcia Wilburn, who is unopposed in her re-election bid for State Representative, District 32.
“In Representative Victoria Garcia Wilburn, we see a proven leader who understands the importance of strong communities, economic opportunity, and thoughtful public policy,” OneZone Chamber President Jack Russell said. “Her commitment to service and her collaborative approach make her a strong choice for State Representative, and we are proud to support her campaign.”
State Rep. Garcia Wilburn was elected to the Indiana House in 2022 and serves as Ranking Minority Member of the House Judiciary Committee, as well as on the Employment, Labor and Pensions and Public Health Committees. She has advanced key legislation on mental health and resiliency for public safety professionals and is a recognized leader in health equity and behavioral health. With a background as a clinician, researcher, and Associate Professor at Indiana University, she brings a strong, informed perspective to public policy and continues to make a meaningful impact across Indiana.
The ZoneBAC is made up of OneZone Chamber members. State Rep. Garcia Wilburn was previously endorsed by the committee and has continued to demonstrate strong leadership and a commitment to the business community. Her track record and ongoing engagement on issues impacting employers and the regional economy made her a clear choice for endorsement.
