“Sexual harassment and inappropriate touching in the workplace or after hours is absolutely unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. Indiana’s leaders are standing by our state’s zero tolerance sexual harassment policy. While Attorney General Hill complains he has not been afforded due process, his failure to issue adequate, detailed and specific responses and denials of the allegations by multiple accusers is deeply concerning. The credible allegations facing Hill by a lawmaker and several staffers demonstrate he should no longer serve as Indiana’s chief lawyer. I believe he should resign.”
