The Westfield City Council passed a resolution during its March 9 meeting officially codifying the current disability council to become the Westfield Advisory Council on Disabilities. This resolution continues to lay the groundwork for years to come in the City of Westfield and Washington Township. Now codified, nine members will be appointed to the council to provide input regarding impacts to public safety, accessibility, workforce development, community engagement, and more.
