Final Notice – Enforcement Penalties Begin March 12
Our records show you have an unpaid traffic violation that remains outstanding.
Under Indiana state law, if payment is not received by March 11, 2026, the BMV will proceed with the following enforcement actions beginning March 12:
- Record the violation on your official BMV driver record
- Suspend your vehicle registration
- Suspend your driving privileges for up to 30 days
- Refer your account to a collection agency, which may add a collection fee of up to 35%
- This delinquency may be reported to credit bureaus and negatively impact your credit score, and you may be subject to further legal action
