Vicious Biscuit is setting the brunch table for Lent season with a warm, comforting new limited-time dish. Now through April 5, guests can enjoy the all-new Charleston Omelet, available for a limited time at all Vicious Biscuit locations.

The Charleston Omelet is brunch comfort done the Vicious Biscuit way. Made with cage-free brown eggs, it’s folded over house-made pimento cheese and blackened shrimp, then finished with Lowcountry gravy and fresh chives.
