Carmel city officials are issuing a final reminder to all single-family residential rental property owners that in order to legally operate as a rental property, you will need to complete the full registration by Saturday, Jan. 31.
This includes providing HOA documentation when applicable and paying the annual $5 permit fee per property to ensure your rental is in compliance.
