The Fishers girls basketball team split its games Friday, Jan. 2 at the Chicagoland Classic, where the Tigers took on two Illinois teams.
The Tigers won their first game over New Trier 41-32. Alanna Anthony led Fishers with 12 points, including six in the first quarter. Ella Burleson added 11 points, going 4-for-4 from the free-throw line in the fourth period. Reagan Reiff had 10 points.
The Tigers dropped their second game to Marist 62-47. Natalie Thomas scored 10 points, while Reiff and Burleson both contributed nine points.
Fishers is 8-8 and hosts Shortridge tonight.
