Carnegie Hall headliner Anthony Nunziata will play host to a Holiday Show Fundraiser on Saturday, Dec. 13 for three local arts organizations, including Actors Theatre of Indiana in Carmel.
The organizations that will benefit from this gracious and beautiful night of holiday classics are Actors Theatre of Indiana, Kids Dance Outreach, and Indianapolis Men’s Chorus. Members of these three groups will give special performances throughout the concert, including two of ATI’s favorites.
Dubbed “America’s new romantic singing sensation,” Anthony Nunziata is a Brooklyn-born, Nashville-based singer, songwriter, actor, and entertainer who brings his soulful voice to classic jazz, pop standards, Italian arias, and his timeless original music. He has a deep passion for The Great American Songbook and sharing his genre-bending original songs through his recordings and live concert appearances.
Nunziata has been invited to be a headline soloist for over two dozen symphony orchestras around the world, including a co-headlining performance at Carnegie Hall with the New York Pops Symphony Orchestra.
He has performed over 400 concerts in the past decade, headlining major performing arts centers, theaters, symphony concert halls, jazz clubs, and private events across the country and around the world. Broadway World hails the classically trained singer as “an explosion of love and entertainment.”
“I’m in the business of making people feel good, making people happy, moving people in some way,” Nunziata said. “We all are on this life’s journey in search of that feeling of being moved, to feel alive. If I can have a small part in moving you in some way during my live concerts or through my music, this is the greatest gift I can give.”
This holiday season, Nunziata is also giving the gift of utilizing his amazing voice to benefit three outstanding performance art groups in central Indiana.
“We are incredibly grateful to Anthony for selecting our organization as one of the beneficiaries of his generous support!” ATI Artistic Director and Co-Founder Judy Fitzgerald said. “We are excited to participate in the upcoming show, which not only celebrates the spirit of the season but also allows Anthony to showcase his remarkable musical talents and generous heart. Together, we can uplift our community in meaningful ways.”
