Logan Russell, a local business owner, father, and lifelong Hoosier, announced Thursday the formation of an exploratory committee. The committee’s focus will be on listening, learning, and understanding where Russell can best serve his community in the years ahead.
“As someone who has built a business here, raised my family here, and lived the values of our state my entire life, I believe the best way to lead is to first listen,” Russell said. “This exploratory committee is about starting conversations, hearing from neighbors, families, business owners, and finding out how I can make the most meaningful difference.”
Russell, 30, is the president of a consulting firm that has worked with leaders and organizations across the country. His decision to form an exploratory committee reflects a commitment to thoughtful public service rooted in Hoosier values of hard work, family, and community.
In the coming months, Russell will meet with residents, community leaders, and stakeholders across central Indiana to better understand the issues most important to them.
“This isn’t about rushing to a destination,” Russell said. “It’s about making sure I understand the challenges and opportunities facing our community, and exploring where my background and experience can be most useful.”
