IBJ Media on Thursday announced the launch of its newest podcast, Talent Scout with Dave Neff, a show focused on spotlighting Indiana’s next generation of leaders. The podcast is the latest addition to the IBJ Media Podcast Network, which features a growing slate of shows centered on business, leadership and civic engagement.
Hosted by Dave Neff, CEO of Boilermaker Alliance for the past two years and longtime leader in Indiana’s business and philanthropic circles, Talent Scout features candid conversations with rising changemakers under 40 who are shaping the future of business, community, and civic life across the state. The show will release twice a month on the first and third Thursday of each month.
The show will launch with a title sponsor for its first season of 24 episodes with Prolific, a growth firm, helping visionary leaders accelerate growth.
“Indiana is full of emerging leaders whose stories often go untold,” Neff said. “Talent Scout gives these individuals a platform to share their values, vision and impact, while inspiring others to lead with purpose. I’m thrilled to partner with IBJ Media to bring these conversations to life.”
Guests in the first season include professionals from a wide range of industries, such as Connor Hitchcock, founder of Homefield Apparel; Sarah Holsapple, communications consultant and crisis expert; and Fred Yeakey, educator and youth advocate. The show centers on themes such as mentorship, whole-person development, and intergenerational leadership – values that reflect Neff’s own career of civic-minded service.
