Oaklawn Memorial Gardens announces opening of new cemetery section: Garden of Eternal Life

Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 9700 Allisonville Road, Fishers, one of the premier cemetery locations of the Washington Park Cemetery Association, has announced the official opening of its newest section: the Garden of Eternal Life.

Nestled within the beautifully maintained grounds of Oaklawn, the Garden of Eternal Life offers families a serene and dignified place for remembrance. Designed to honor lasting legacies, this exclusive area provides a peaceful setting for both burial and cremation memorialization.

“We created the Garden of Eternal Life as a space where families can gather, reflect, and celebrate the lives of their loved ones,” VP of Advance Planning Ben Upton said. “It’s more than a resting place – it’s a meaningful part of the legacy families leave behind.”

The Garden of Eternal Life features a variety of memorial options, including individual and family plots, cremation placements, and both in-ground and above-ground spaces. With limited availability and increasing demand for cemetery space in Indianapolis, Oaklawn is encouraging families to reserve their space early to ensure their preferences can be honored.

Reserving in advance not only guarantees a preferred location but also relieves loved ones of future decision-making and offers flexible payment options. As always, Oaklawn’s compassionate team is available to provide guidance with no obligation or pressure to purchase.
