Robert Alonzo Richards, 63, Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at IU Health North Hospital in Carmel. He was born on December 4, 1961, to Rube Alonzo Richards Jr. and April Margaret Richards in Cleveland, Ohio.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was a Mr. Fix-It who loved woodworking and electronic gadgets. Bob was a member of the Noblesville Elks #576 and enjoyed cooking, gardening, and traveling. He loved all sports, such as bicycling, motorcycling and football, especially the Indianapolis Colts. Bob and his wife, Carol, were very active with the Dove Recovery House for Women. Bob volunteered and supported cancer research.
Bob is survived by his son, Robert A. Richards; and his companion, Lugene “Lu” McKee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Richards.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m., with services at 1 p.m., on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Pastor Teri Ditslear will officiate.
