Boys golf: Huskies place sixth at Hoosier Conference meet

The Hamilton Heights boys golf team placed sixth at the Hoosier Conference meet, which took place last Saturday at Bear Slide Golf Club.

The Huskies totaled a team score of 364. Kole Kirtley led Heights with 80, placing him third individually. Kirtley was named to the All-Conference team. Caleb Sullivan scored 88; he was 15th individually and named Honorable Mention. Other Huskies scores were Drew Woodruff 90, Isaac Correll 106 and Joe Deitsch 116.

Tipton won the team championship with a score of 335. Preston Lancaster totaled 77 for medalist honors.

Complete team scores were: Tipton 335, Twin Lakes 336, Lafayette Central Catholic 346, Western 349, Logansport 355, Hamilton Heights 364, West Lafayette 368, Rensselaer Central 384, Benton Central 421.
