Carmel Community Players invites you to see this season’s Rising Stars production
Carmel Community Players invites you to its Rising Stars production of This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing by Finegan Kruckemeyer.
Triplet sisters are left in the forest by their woodcutter father. From this fairytale beginning, three resolutions are made – one sister will walk one way, one the other, and the third will stay right where she is. Twenty years later, having circumnavigated the globe, fought Vikings, crossed oceans, tamed wilds, and achieved greatness, the three meet again as women. This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing highlights the beauty of individuality and the importance of one’s journey to self-love.
The play features a cast of young performers age 18 years and under as part of the Encore Association. Amber K. Roth is the director and Tristan Zavaleta is the assistant director. Bill Miller is the producer.
