No injuries in Sunday afternoon house fire in Noblesville

Just before 5 p.m. Sunday, April 27, the Noblesville Fire Department (NFD) responded to reports of smoke at a residence in the 900 block of Elwood Circle.

Thanks to the quick actions of the residents, everyone safely exited the home before calling 911. The Hamilton County Dispatch Center dispatched fire, law enforcement, and EMS units.

Upon arrival, the first units encountered light smoke throughout the home. Crews quickly located the source of the fire and brought it under control shortly after arrival. Fortunately, neither civilians nor firefighters were injured. Fire investigators have not yet released the cause of the fire.

NFD was assisted on the scene by the Westfield Fire Department and the Noblesville Police Department. NFD is grateful for their partnership and support.
