Norma Jene Carson

February 8, 1942 – April 20, 2025

Norma Jene Carson, 83, Anderson, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at home in Anderson. She was born on February 8, 1942, to Robert and Alice (Norris) White in Willow Shade, Ky.

For 31 years, Jene worked for Firestone Industrial Products, retiring in 1996. She was a member of Eastview Church of the Nazarene in Anderson where she was very active for over 45 years. Jene had a heartfelt love for everyone she encountered. Most of all, she loved her family and they were her first priority.

Jene is survived by her daughters, Teresa Hall (Robert Richardson) and Dorothy (Gene) Castle; grandchildren, Brandi Castle, Robert Castle, David (Kayla) Castle, Brittany (Dan) Osborn, and Erin Hall; great-grandchildren, Matthew Castle, Jadelyn Castle, Liam Castle, Lilly Turner, Alyse Turner, and Colton Robbins; siblings, Marcella (Tom) Maxey, Earl White, and David (Arlene) White; three special nieces, Glenna (Michael) Nicoletti, Jeanie (Michael) Hull, and Susie (Matt) Jameson; and several other special nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Carson, in 2009; and her brothers, Marcus G. White, Robert A. White, and Wendell L.D. White.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services at 1 p.m., on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Rev. Christy Boyland and Rev. Ron Karkosky will officiate. Burial will be at Carey Cemetery in Noblesville.
