Clay Terrace announces a creative twist on its annual Easter celebration with this year’s “Easter Hop & Shop” event, offering families a day of spring festivities and shopping excitement on from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 19 at the Clay Terrace Village Green in Carmel.
Families and children will “hop” from participating retailers throughout the center, collecting special eggs filled with toys and candy. Visitors should bring their own baskets and look for the distinctive Egg Sign displayed in participating store windows.
“We’re excited to refresh our annual Easter tradition with this interactive retail experience,” said Christine Foulke, Marketing Director at Clay Terrace. “Our Easter Hop & Shop encourages families to explore our diverse shopping offerings while enjoying festive activities throughout the center.”
The event features a variety of entertainment including:
- Special appearance by the Easter Bunny with photo opportunities
- Colorful airbrush tattoos
- Skilled balloon twisters creating custom designs
- Lively music from a professional DJ
- Bounce house for energetic youngsters
- … and more!
Festivities will be centered at the Village Green area near Dick’s Sporting Goods. No registration is required to attend this free event. Egg collection will continue while supplies last.

Please note that Clay Terrace will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 20, though individual retailers and restaurants may operate under different business hours. Guests should call ahead before visiting.
