Shamrocks open their new Tennis Center

The Westfield Tennis Center officially opened Tuesday with a dedication ceremony before the season opener for the Westfield High School girls tennis team versus Carmel.

The event included a special dedication to Robert Dalton and celebrate the completion of this state-of-the-art facility designed to support students throughout their tennis journeys at Westfield Washington Schools.

The new facility features 15 post-tensioned concrete tennis courts, providing a high-quality, durable surface for years of use. The Tennis Center will be the home for Westfield Washington Schools’ athletic programs and is open to the public when not used for school events. With its modern amenities, the Tennis Center offers an excellent space for practice and competition.

“We’re thrilled to open the Westfield Tennis Center and provide our students and the community with a top-tier facility to enjoy tennis,” Associate Superintendent Dr. John Atha said. “This center reflects our commitment to offering outstanding athletic opportunities for our students and a space where the entire community can come together.”
