Epcon Communities will soon offer upscale townhomes in Westfield

Epcon Communities has announced The Courtyards of TowneRun in Westfield. The Courtyards of TowneRun is Epcon’s first offering of luxury townhomes in the Indianapolis region.

The Courtyards of TowneRun will offer two home designs ranging from 1,350 to 2,850 square feet. Starting from the low $400,000s, the community will offer 40 homesites. Amenities include a lounge with covered porch and firepit, parkette, and walkability to new retail shops and Life Time Athletic Country Club.

Homesite reservations will start this month, followed by sales in March. The first homes, including the model, are expected to be completed early this summer.
