First Farmers Bank & Trust announces the hiring of Jessica Jefferis as Assistant Vice President, Regional Manager of Hamilton and Boone counties.
In her new role at First Farmers, Jefferis will be responsible and accountable for directing and administering, through subordinate personnel, a group of bank branches in Hamilton and Boone counties to achieve profit, growth and customer service objectives.
“I’ve successfully led teams to achieve outstanding results, and I have a strong vision for the future of our regional branches which includes a focus on driving growth, enhancing customer experiences and fostering a positive work environment for our team members,” Jefferis said.
Jefferis has over 18 years of experience in the banking industry from her time at BMO Bank, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to the employee and customer experience. Throughout her nearly two decades in the banking industry, she served as vice president, bank manager; head of employee experience for the Midwest region; and head of employee development for central Indiana.

First Farmers Bank & Trust plans to open both its new Hamilton County branch in Carmel near Range Line Road and its Boone County branch in Lebanon inside of the Lebanon Gateway Shops complex both later this year.
