On or after Wednesday, Feb. 5, the contractor will implement a traffic phase shift for eastbound 146th Street near Allisonville Road. Traffic will be shifted to the south and use the bridge carrying eastbound 146th Street over the White River. The contractor will use construction barrels to delineate the driving area from the construction zone. See the graphic above for the new lane configuration. Use extreme caution when driving in this area and watch for flaggers during the phase shift.
