After 13 years in downtown Indianapolis, Chatham Home, a beloved family-run home goods store, will soon move to Main Street in Carmel.

Since opening its doors in August 2011, the store has become a destination for those seeking unique, hard-to-find items at fair prices. With its new location, the business is paring down its larger furniture options and expanding its smaller offerings to include a curated selection of gifts and gift baskets, making it the go-to destination for every occasion.

“Indianapolis has been our home for more than a decade, and we’ve cherished the relationships we’ve built with our customers there,” Owner Faith Felder said.

Her daughter, Hope Harsin, COO, added, “This move to Carmel represents an exciting new chapter for our business. We look forward to bringing the same relaxed shopping experience and carefully chosen products that our customers love, along with a renewed focus on gifts.”

The new location is located on Main Street in the former Carmel Music Center.

The Grand Opening is yet to be determined since they plan to do a bit of renovating to the building. The new space will be warm and inviting to reflect the store’s charm and commitment to quality. Customers can expect an expanded inventory of home goods and décor alongside thoughtfully selected gifts, all tailored to meet the needs of local residents and visitors.

Customers are invited to follow the business on Facebook for updates on the old location moving sale, renovation progress, and grand opening details.
