HCC announces all conference teams, Athletes of the Year

The Hoosier Crossroads Conference announced its All Conference teams for boys soccer, girls soccer and volleyball earlier this week, along with Athletes of the Year in all fall sports except for football.

Hamilton Southeastern had two Athletes of the Year. Senior Jack Anderson won for boys soccer, while senior Lindsey Mangelson was the winner for girls volleyball. Westfield also claimed two Athletes of the Year: senior Addi Kooi won for girls golf and sophomore Alivia Lozier was the girls cross country winner.

Fishers senior Sam Quagliaroli was the boys cross country Athlete of the Year, while Noblesville senior Meredith Tippner was the girls soccer Athlete of the Year.

The following county coaches were named Coaches of the Year in their respective sports: Aaron Becker, Noblesville girls cross country; Chris White, Hamilton Southeastern boys soccer; Mike Brady, Noblesville girls soccer; Tony Peters, Westfield boys tennis and David Rawlings, Fishers Unified flag football.

Here are lists of Hamilton County student-athletes that received All Conference honors in soccer and girls volleyball.

BOYS SOCCER

First Team – Fishers: Jack Butts, junior midfielder; Reid Spittler, senior forward. Hamilton Southeastern: Ameer Abu-Salih, senior forward; Jack Anderson, senior midfielder, Cade Joniec, senior defender, Cam Joniec, senior goalkeeper. Noblesville: Alex Eberhart, junior goalkeeper, Jake Hall, senior defender, Blake Horn, senior defender, Deklan Jenski, senior defender. Westfield: Austin Butler, senior goalkeeper, Oliver Church, senior forward; Alec Schurman, senior defender.

Second Team – Fishers: Cole Anderson, senior midfielder; Brady Grace, senior defender. Hamilton Southeastern: Matthew Lathrop, sophomore defender; Cooper Perez, sophomore midfielder. Noblesville: Brady Frayer, junior forward; Caden Rice, senior forward. Westfield: Grant Myers, senior defender; Jacob Sundo, senior forward.

GIRLS SOCCER

First Team – Fishers: Elise May, junior forward; Sarah Maudlin, junior goalkeeper. Hamilton Southeastern: Cole Lance, senior midfielder; Sloane May, junior forward; Sydney May, freshman forward. Noblesville: Sadie Black, senior defender; Atley Pittman, senior midfielder; Meredith Tippner, senior forward; Bella Wyatt, senior goalkeeper. Westfield: Coltie Carson, junior defender; Kate Malin, senior forward; Ava Smith, senior forward/midfielder.

Second Team – Fishers: Mya Williams, junior defender; Delaney Allgeier, junior defender. Hamilton Southeastern: Sydney Cook, junior defender; Blair Satterfield, junior defender. Noblesville: Allie Royer, junior defender; Hannah Struve, junior defender. Westfield: Elle Fischer, junior defender; Arriana Cooke Dennis, junior defender.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

First Team – Fishers: Kennedy Tinch, senior setter; Ava Gutt, senior outside hitter. Hamilton Southeastern: Ava Hunter, senior setter; Lindsey Mangelson, senior outside hitter; Madi Miles, junior outside hitter. Noblesville: Madison Brown, junior setter. Westfield: Carsyn Comer, sophomore middle hitter; Isabelle Jackson, senior setter.

Second Team – Fishers: Lana Mays, sophomore middle back. Hamilton Southeastern: Maye McConnell, junior defensive specialist. Noblesville: Chloe Macias, senior middle hitter/outside hitter. Westfield: Audrey Bassett, junior outside hitter; Kendyl Strack, sophomore libero/defensive specialist.
