Stephenson House
The 8th Street Artists

All Together Again is an exhibit of original works by the award-winning 8th Street Artists. These creatives are named after the location of their studios, the two-historic homes at Noblesville Creates on 8th. Two of the artists – Michael Janosky and Roseanne Crowell – have been working out of their campus studios since the organization’s opening over 12 years ago. They all relish time sharing techniques, critiquing one another’s works, and plein air painting throughout Indiana.

Noblesville Creates was a saving grace for the artists when they were allowed to occupy their studios amidst COVID-19 related closures; all could continue their art endeavors and social interactions to the point where they now finish each other’s sentences. In 2023, the 8th Street Artists began showing their work as a group at The Hoosier Art Salon Gallery in New Harmony, Ind., and the Rivet Coffee House in Westfield. From January through March 2024, they again displayed their work at the Meyer Najem 2nd Floor Gallery in the first iteration of All Together.

Among this group there is a variety of styles, subject matter, and media, but their familiarity with and appreciation for each other’s works and style is evident when they are collected together. Their styles create a complimentary and thoroughly engaging collection. The works on display will include Indiana landscapes, florals, animal portraits, abstracts, and curated collages. Featured artists include Lesley Haflich, Benny Kenworthy, Penny Roberson, Denny Henderson, Michael Janonsky, Roseanne Crowell, and Riwo Rinchen of the Gal’s Guide Library.
