The Indiana Department of Transportation has converted the intersection of State Road 38 and Prairie Baptist Road near Noblesville to a four-way stop. That’s just east of Clarksville in Wayne Township.

Beginning on or after Tuesday, Oct. 29, crews will place additional stop signs at the intersection, which had been two-way stop for traffic on Prairie Baptist Road. Crews will install stop signs on SR 38 as well, which will require traffic to make a complete stop before entering the intersection.

INDOT will monitor the additional stop signs to ensure traffic flows safely and efficiently. INDOT reminds drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using caution and avoiding distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
