Boys tennis: Royals rock Tigers’ Mudsocks, also pick off North Central

The Hamilton Southeastern boys tennis team edged out Fishers 3-2 on Tuesday to win the Mudsock meet.

The Royals got wins from Brady Stump at No. 2 singles, Leo McVeigh at No. 3 singles and the No. 2 doubles team of Ian Ransom and Logan Foust. The match also raised money to fight cancer, beginning a new tradition for the Mudsock match.

Southeastern also picked up a 5-0 win over North Central Monday. Winners were Stump at No. 1 singles, McVeigh at No. 2 singles and Rohan Eapen at No. 3 doubles. Landon Osswald and Tyler Rich won the No. 1 doubles match, with Ransom and Foust taking the No. 2 doubles match.
