Boys soccer: Millers bring Bulldogs to heel, Westfield beats Brebeuf Jesuit at home

The Noblesville boys soccer team sailed past Brownsburg 4-1 Thursday in a Hoosier Crossroads Conference game.

The Millers scored two goals in each half. Caden Rice, Caedmon Todd, Brady Frayer and Ben Hewitt all had one goal, with Max Tucker and Ashton Hancock each making one assist. Alex Eberhart had two goalkeeper saves.

Noblesville is 2-0-1 in conference play and 5-0-3 overall. Next up for the Millers is a game at Pike on Saturday morning.

Westfield won a 2-0 home game over Brebeuf Jesuit on Thursday.

Caden Krauss scored the Shamrocks’ first goal, with Hunter Smith putting in the second goal.

Westfield is 3-0-2 and hosts Noblesville Tuesday in an HCC contest.

Hamilton Southeastern played to a 1-1 tie with Harrison Thursday.

Ameer Abu-Salih scored the Royals’ goal in the first half.

Southeastern is 5-0-2 and plays Saturday morning at Brebeuf Jesuit.
