Another amazing Cook Family Reunion is in the books! Each year on the second Sunday in August, the Cook Family holds their annual reunion. This year marked the 81st reunion of the Arthur and Julia Cook family of 11 children. As families have grown, so has the reunion. This year, led by brothers Steve Cook and Mark Cook, over 70 people attended.

The family started meeting years ago under a shelter in Forest Park, but now they meet in the Forest Park Inn. Relatives came together to share a good meal, memories, and some photographs, too. Before eating, Roy Haskett shared a few words of togetherness and good wishes.

Twins Joe Cook and JoAnn Wilson had the honor of the oldest family members there this year at 94 years old.
