On Monday, Aug. 12, the Noblesville Lions Club (NL), Carmel Lions Club (CL), and the Westfield Lions Club (WL) assisted Gleaners Mobile Pantry donating food to over 216 families. The pantry is normally held on the first Tuesday of each month at Grand Park in Westfield. However, due to extreme heat on Aug. 6, the pantry was postponed to the 12th. Even with the postponed date, a record number of families came through the line.
