B’s Bagels is set to redefine the “bagel experience” in Westfield. Projected to open next week, B’s Bagels promises to delight locals and visitors alike with its authentic flavors, artisanal craftsmanship, and welcoming atmosphere.

Nestled in the heart of Spring Mill Station, B’s Bagels is the brainchild of New York native (now Westfield local) Brandon Florman, who has a strong passion for creating the perfect bagel experience reminiscent of his childhood on Long Island. Additionally, he has partnered with Indy-native Dori Calderon who brings more than 30 years of catering and private chef experience, who will lead the charge on house-made pastries, salads, and more. With a dedication to quality ingredients and traditional methods, they aim to transport customers to the bustling bagel bakeries of New York City.

What sets B’s Bagels apart is its commitment to authenticity. Every bagel is handcrafted using time-honored techniques, ensuring that each bite is a testament to the rich heritage of bagel making.
