Martha Tyson, 95, Noblesville, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at her home. She was born on February 1, 1929, to the late Kenneth and Frieda (Shaw) Hair in Hamilton County.
Martha was a homemaker and attended Ford Street United Methodist Church in Lapel. Ellis and Martha were able to celebrate their 73rd wedding anniversary on June 5 of this year.
She is survived by her husband, Ellis Tyson; daughters, Anne Tyson Laycock and Donna Tyson McConnell (Chuck McConnell); grandchildren, Jason Laycock, Eric McConnell (Emily Holcomb McConnell), and Laura McConnell; great-grandsons, Jaydon Laycock, Rylan Laycock, and Wyatt Dwiggins; and her great-granddaughters, Lyla Laycock, Ava Laycock, and Emery McConnell.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. An additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., with services at 11 a.m., on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the funeral home, with Rev. Stanley R. Sutton officiating. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery in Lapel.
