Fatal crash at 206th Street & Six Points Road

At 5:12 p.m. last Friday, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the area of 206th Street and Six Points Road regarding a serious accident.

Upon arrival, deputies determined that three vehicles were involved. A Honda Odyssey van traveling westbound stopped at the four-way stop, then proceeded into the intersection. A Chevrolet Tahoe traveling northbound appears to have disregarded the stop sign at the four-way stop and the front of the Tahoe hit the driver’s side middle of the van.

After the Chevrolet collided with the Honda, they slid north and collided with a southbound Kia sedan.

The juvenile driver and the juvenile passenger of the van were transported to St. Vincent Hospital on 86th Street by ground ambulance. One of the juveniles succumbed to the injuries at the hospital.

The driver and passenger of the Kia sedan were transported to Riverview Hospital by ground ambulance.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Team investigated the crash.
