The Noblesville boys golf team finished first and second last Saturday at the Mooresville Invitational at Heartland Crossing.
The Millers’ Gold team won with a 298. Drew Werkley was the meet medalist, carding a two under par 70. Alex Peck totaled 74, followed by Rory Bushong 76, Jackson Umthum 78 and Brandon Burt 84.
Noblesville’s Black team scored 308 for runner-up honors. Lance Decker led the way with a 73, followed by Tyler Marucci 78, Owen Medley 78, Brady Mangin 79 and Josh Kauzlick 81.

Guerin Catholic won the Angola Invitational, which took place last Saturday at Glendarin Hills.
The Golden Eagles scored 313, with Westfield carding 315 to place second. Guerin Catholic’s Leo Wessel was the individual runner-up with a 74, while Gabe Berglund scored 79. Eli Wessel and Owen Nielsen both scored 80 and Will Parenteau finished with 82.
Will Harvey and Jake Cesare both led the Shamrocks with 77s. Ryan Cesare scored 80, Hudson Kutchma carded 81 and Clark Schwartz scored 91.

Carmel and Hamilton Southeastern played in the Brownsburg Invitational last Saturday at the Trophy Club.
The Royals were the team runners-up, scoring 315. Bloomington South won the team championship with 313. Mattingly Upchurch and Nate Benson were part of a large tie for fourth place, as each golfer carded a 77. Kai Warner totaled 80, Jordan Huxford scored 81 and Aiden Huffer totaled 82.
The Greyhounds finished with a team score of 343. Ethan Hoagland led Carmel with 80, followed by Alex Gardner 85, Mason Price 88, Max O’Neil 90 and Ocean Permana 91.

Hamilton Heights finished sixth at the Hoosier Conference meet last Saturday at Oak Grove.
The Huskies scored 339 as a team. Kole Kirtley was Heights’ low man with an 81, earning him All-Conference honors. Other Huskies scores were Nathan Cox 84, Ethan Millsaps 87, Caleb Sullivan 87 and Drew Woodruff 87.

Sheridan placed ninth at the Hoosier Heartland Conference meet, last Saturday at Deer Track Golf Club.
The Blackhawks scored 396. Parker Williams led Sheridan with 94, followed by Nathan Hinshaw 99, Erich Retz 99, Tyler Garner 104 and Zack Phillips 111.
