Crosstown Ventures, an operationally focused private investment firm, has announced its acquisition of Top Talent, LLC, a distinguished talent acquisition firm based in Fishers.
Founded in 2014, Top Talent, LLC has spent the last 10 years establishing itself as a leader in talent acquisition for logistics and supply chain. Crosstown specializes in partnering with companies that provide top service to their clients, value operational efficiency, and want to expand their reach. This acquisition is a pivotal moment where Crosstown gets to enter the recruiting space while Top Talent receives a financial injection to start its expansion into new verticals beyond transportation.
In line with the acquisition, Top Talent has announced strategic changes to its executive team. Michael Monson, the founder of Top Talent, will move into the role of Chief Revenue Officer. In his new capacity, he will spearhead business development efforts and drive the company’s growth initiatives.

Additionally, Vice President Brent Burleson will be promoted to President of Top Talent. In his new role, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of Top Talent.
