Nancy Mae Fjeldsted, 83, Cicero, passed away on November 30, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born on November 10, 1940, in Sheboygan, Wis., to Harold and Virginia (Rutherford) Pergande.
She attended school in California and graduated from John Muir High School in Pasadena, Calif., with the Class of 1957. She furthered her education and earned a dental hygienist degree. She then worked as a dental hygienist for a while, later becoming a manager for a dental office.
Nancy married Theo Warren Fjeldsted and they were blessed with a daughter Elin Lara (Fjeldsted) Bravo, who survives her. Also surviving Nancy is a grandson, Ethan Manuel Bravo.
Her family related that she was an amazing mother and grandmother. She dearly loved her family and it was obvious in her relationship with them.
Nancy enjoyed cooking, baking, and occasionally traveling.
Those preceding Nancy in death include her parents, her husband, and a sister, Sandra Greene.
